Lighting comes up in a lot of our calls. That covers recessed cans in a kitchen, ceiling fans in every bedroom, a chandelier over the stairs, lights for a pergola, a motion light on the side yard, and the light in the pool.

Some of it is simple, and some of it isn't. Retrofit cans that don't fit the ceiling, a fan where there was never a box, or a side yard with no easy wire run all take some thinking. We look at the space and give you options before we start.

What it costs

Swapping a fixture where one already hangs is the quick end of the range. Adding lights where there was no wiring, or working in a tall ceiling, takes longer. We quote once we have seen the room.
